Every business/industry operation has supply chain processes – internal and external. The cost benefits of effectively managing and improving these processes impact bottom-line results in safety, quality, customer service, and productivity performance factors.

The Business & Industry Training Team partners with the Piedmont Triad APICS chapter to introduce the Inventory Control Workshop Series by offering two modules of the five module series. 

  • Basics of Inventory Management (4 hours) – This module provides participants with a broad overview of basic inventory concepts and good inventory management strategies.
  • Cycle Counting (4 hours) – Participants will learn how to implement or improve a cycle counting program and what the real purpose is of cycle counting is: finding and fixing the causes of inventory errors.
