Financial resources may be available from the state for businesses that register their apprentice program through ApprenticeshipNC. This may include wage reimbursements and resources for apprentice onboarding and training. Your ApprenticeshipNC consultant will inform you of reimbursements you may qualify to receive.
Every program includes structured on-the-job training that maps the skills and knowledge that the apprentice must learn throughout the program to be fully proficient at the job. Apprentices get hands-on training from an experienced mentor at the job site for typically not less than one year.
